The Avengers movie has really started something hasn't it? Constant Marvel movie news has been flooding the Internet and it seems DC Comics has gotten the message.

Per a Variety report, Warner Bros. has brought on screenwriter Will Beall to provide a screenplay for a Justice League of America movie. This move for a JLA flick is "message received" by DC and Warner.

This next question is will next summer's Superman movie, Man of Steel, provide a lead up to the JLA story as Marvel has successfully done with stand-alone hero films leading up to The Avengers?

Nothing is certain since this is the first solid piece of news heard about a JLA movie but with the rumors surrounding writer/director Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises trilogy coming to a close, a reboot could be next up as well.

This information shouldn't be surprising, but what's next for DC and Warner now?

Well, they have also been reported (per Variety again) as signing on a writer for an adaptation of Wonder Woman on the big screen too. Warner and DC are on the move.

Stay tuned to The Daily SuperHero as more info is made available.
