In The Avengers, Tony Stark met Dr. Bruce Banner for the first time and they really hit it off while working together on the Helicarrier tracking the Tesseract and figuring out what else Nick Fury was hiding from his new team of heroes.
Right off the bat it would be assumed Dr. Banner could have some kind of cameo in Iron Man 3, because of his connection with Stark in The Avengers, but sadly Marvel Studios president Kevin Fiege stopped the rumor dead in its tracks at Comic Con last week. He said Dr. Banner and the Hulk will not be in the next installment of the Iron Man movie franchise.
Feige did say the Iron Man 3 is more of a Stark film than an Iron Man film and director Shane Black puts Stark into a place where it mirrors that of when he was desperate and focused on making his very first Mark I Iron Man suit in the caves of the first film.
Iron Man 3 is being described as an "International technological thriller" and will see Stark as not only the playboy inventor he is but will also have a "James Bondesque" feel to it since the movie will take Stark outside of the United States.
