This upcoming weekend, Captain America: The Winter Soldier is attempting an impressive feat at the box office. Cap's sequel is trying to maintain the No. 1 spot (domestically) for a fourth weekend in a row. Having already amassed over $600 million worldwide, the sequel is targeting the totals of Iron Man 2 and Thor: The Dark World next.
Meanwhile, Marvel Studios has been heavily pushing a "find the Easter Eggs" game to fans and moviegoers which was a great marketing campaign to coincide with the Easter holiday. But one Easter Egg has yet to be discovered. (This is your spoiler alert if you still haven't seen the movie yet.)
Thanks to one of The Daily SuperHero's readers, there is a hidden Easter Egg on the patch of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team uniforms. This patch is a standard issue S.H.I.E.L.D. patch but in the colors green and yellow. See the image provided by the reader below.
Now, it needs to be noted that the comic book colors for the Hydra logo, see it below, as well as their comic uniforms are green and yellow.
So what does this mean? It's means that if you kept a close eye and managed to see the S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team patch, it was your clue that they were Hydra all along.
HAIL HYDRA!
