This is less about real news and more about observing an actor who is self-promoting himself on social media for a possible role. Star Wars Episode VII actor John Boyega has begun campaigning himself to Marvel Studios for consideration of a role in their possible Phase 3 movie, Black Panther.
Boyega posted some interesting tweets to his Twitter account today at 2:14 p.m. and 2:21 p.m.
There is no definitive word Marvel will officially announce a Black Panther movie at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con International and this is not an implication they will announce it. Or is it?
Honestly, it reads like Boyega is merely throwing his name into the hat and hoping Marvel will see it, and consider him. Or it is a hint that he's already landed the role?
Lots of theory and wild speculation can be made from this mainly due to the fact we are days away from Comic-Con.
