Last year she was Lady Jaye in G.I. Joe: Retaliation and now she is a part of the Marvel Universe. Marvel has officially confirmed that actor Adrianna Palicki has been cast as comic book fan-favorite hero Mockingbird in Season 2 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Also known as the super spy Bobbi Morse, Mockingbird is associated with SHIELD and multiple Avengers teams in the comic book universe. She has no superhuman powers so it should be assumed that she will be the Agents of SHIELD television equivalent of Black Widow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Agents of SHIELD Season 2 premieres on ABC at 9 p.m. Eastern on September 23.
