CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR is gearing up to start production in a few weeks, with its home base of operations at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta. The third film in the franchise is already being referred to as 'Avengers 2.5' by several actors and its ensemble cast will only grow in the coming weeks as more cast names are revealed.
As of right now the ensemble main cast rivals that of the Avengers films and is headlined by Chris Evans as Captain America and Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man. Time to add another name to the cast list as actor Frank Grillo, who played Brock Rumlow in CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER, has teased his return for Civil War on his Twitter and Instagram accounts.
A #civil-war is on the horizon. And it's gonna be a free for all.

This shouldn't come as a surprise as Grillo's has teased the evolution of Rumlow becoming Crossbones in the Marvel Cinematic Universe several times in the past.
