Mission Impossible - FANTASTIC FOUR: Johnny Storm Actor Wants NAMOR in a Sequel; Too Bad Universal Has His Rights

In what could be an amazing visual to see in a movie will sadly never happen. At least not anytime soon.

In an interview with ComicBook, FANTASTIC FOUR actor Michael B. Jordan was asked what he wants to to see happen in a future FANTASTIC FOUR movie and his response was a straight forward... NAMOR.

First, please note, the likelihood of this ever happening on the big screen is next to impossible right now because 20th Century Fox does not own the movie rights to Namor, Universal Studios does. And if any studio is going to get to use those rights it's going to be Marvel Studios before Fox would even have a chance to.

Anyway, logistics asides, Jordan is on point with his opinion because Namor battling the Fantastic Four is classic Marvel comics as its finest! Jordan also flexed some of his 'geek cred' by citing exactly which Namor scene he'd want to see.

"Namor is a cool one... by far, he's the strongest... It would be a pretty interesting battle, the Fantastic Four vs. Namor. The classic [comic story] where he's running rampant and the only way he'll stop is if he gets a kiss from Sue [Storm] right in front of Reed [Richards]... I think that would make for a good movie and storyline."

You're right Michael, it would make a fantastic storyline but one that would probably only be seen if Marvel Studios has both of the movie rights for Fantastic Four and Namor back in-house. Crazier things have (e.g. Marvel and Sony partnering up for Spider-Man movies) and could still happen.
