Not everything could make the final cut of AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON. This included Loki getting his cameo cut out and Thor's Norn Cave scene being shortened... a lot.
Marvel has released the full scene with Thor but, unfortunately, it does not reveal Loki's cameo.
