STAR WARS: REBELS Mid-Season Trailer Delves into the Jedi Mythology, Darth Vader in Coming and a Nod to 'The Force Awakens'

STAR WARS: REBELS Season 1 was a really slow burn but, so far, Season 2 has been solid.

Now that Rebels is set to return from its mid-season break, Lucasfilm has released a brand new three and a half minute trailer that delves the series into the Jedi mythology a bit more, as well as teases Ahsoka Tano finding out who her former Jedi Master Anakin Skywalker has become. So it seems like Darth Vader will finally have a larger role in the second half of the season.

Plus, there's a nod to STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS too! You'll know it when you see it...

STAR WARS: REBELS Season 2 resumes on Disney XD on January 20.
