BATMAN V. SUPERMAN isn't even out in theaters and yet there's already news about an Ultimate Edition which will be available for home release and it will be rated-R. This comes straight from an MPAA document which can be seen online here or you can see the relevant BvS part in the screenshot below.
No further information has been provided about this Ultimate Edition and the assumption is that not only could there be more violence, which could mean more blood, but this could be a longer cut of the film too. The theatrical release clocks in at 2 hours and 31 minutes, so this Ultimate Edition could be longer and much closer to (and perhaps go over) the 3-hour mark.

BATMAN V. SUPERMAN releases on March 25.
