WOLVERINE 3: Once Again 'Old Man Logan' Plot is Mentioned as Well as a Possible Return For Sabretooth
Last night at the Oscars, MTV spoke with actor Liev Schreiber. In case you forgot, the actor starred in X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE as Sabretooth.
“We talked about it,” Schreiber said referring to a conversation with Hugh Jackman. “I don’t know. He’s mentioned it to me. The Old Man Logan story — that’s appealing. That’s something that I can do. Old, being the operative word.”
Not only did Schreiber say he could return to the role but he name-dropped 'Old Man Logan' which has been rumored to be the basis of WOLVERINE 3 for quite some time now. Neither Fox, or Jackman or director James Mangold have confirmed it but the 'Old Man Logan' comic book story arc has been mentioned so many times it seems more than obvious that it's being adapted into the film.
WOLVERINE 3 begins filming in the coming months and releases on March 3, 2017.
