Entertainment Weekly is all about BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE in their new issue and one of their own writers got a chance to watch an early cut of the film. While he's not reviewing it, he did take to Twitter to say a few things about it.
I'm not the critic, so I won't review BvS. I'll say I prefer a troubled Superman and thought this delivered. It surprised me, too. :)— Anthony Breznican (@Breznican) March 3, 2016
I loved that it took things people didn't like about Man of Steel and jiu-jitsued them into being part of the story. https://t.co/rXdL5wLnoD— Anthony Breznican (@Breznican) March 3, 2016
I gotta go write, but last things I'll say about seeing #BatmanvSuperman. (Personally, I was happy.) pic.twitter.com/tAkmYVDJti— Anthony Breznican (@Breznican) March 3, 2016
It's nice to hear that Wonder Woman is a badass in this movie. It's her big screen debut and she deserves it. Everything else disclosed sounds exactly like how most people view every single one of director Zack Snyder's past movies — you either love them or you hate them.
BATMAN V. SUPERMAN releases on March 25.
