The Daily SuperHero has been covering THE FLASH this season, but a suitable writer to cover SUPERGIRL was not found in time when its first episode premiered last fall. However, AGENT CARTER beat writer Carly B. will transition from AGENT CARTER to SUPERGIRL now that AGENT CARTER has ended; and the fact that it might not get a green light for Season 3. Soon, she will have a up-to-date recap of SUPERGIRL Season 1 and then she will have a write-up for each new episode.
Because SUPERGIRL is being added to The Daily SuperHero's TV coverage, it's time to report on its crossover episode with THE FLASH, which is coming March 28. Here's the official promo poster and synopsis for Episode 18, as provided by CBS.
“Kara gains a new ally when the lightning-fast superhero The Flash (Grant Gustin) suddenly appears from an alternate universe and helps Kara battle Siobhan, aka Silver Banshee, and Livewire in exchange for her help in finding a way to return him home.”
SUPERGIRL has reportedly already been green lit for Season 2.
