Marvel and Netflix have tapped into the vast acting stable from Game of Thrones to reportedly bring on actor Jessica Henwick to the cast of IRON FIST.
Henwick will play Colleen Wing opposite of fellow/former Game of Thrones actor Finn Jones, who will play the title role of Danny Rand a.k.a. Iron Fist. According to Entertainment Weekly, Wing is a martial art expert running her own dojo and helping Rand acclimate to returning to New York after his extended absence at the mystical city of K'un L'un.
Here is a brief synopsis of IRON FIST, via Marvel:
"Daniel Rand... returns to New York City after being missing for years... fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist."
