This weekend CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR opened in many overseas markets, and it opened big. According to early estimates, the third Cap film brought in $200.2 million in overseas box office cash.

Comparatively speaking, it did open bigger in its first overseas weekend than THE AVENGERS ($185.1M) and IRON MAN 3 ($198.4M). Although, this falls just short of the $201.2 million AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON opened with in its first weekend of International release.
Civil War is off to a huge start, no doubt, especially when you compare the $75.2M that CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER opened to in its first International weekend. So Steve Rogers is killing it in the box office already and should easily top the $454.6M International total that The Winter Soldier amassed in its entire overseas box office run.
CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR is currently projected for a domestic opening weekend in the $190M range.
