Yesterday the floodgates finally opened for real information about the next Wolverine movie, titled LOGAN. You can see the first movie poster here and read some plot details here.
Today, director James Mangold revealed the first look at Sir Patrick Stewart as a weary looking Professor Charles Xavier.

Much is still unknown about LOGAN but we do know that it is set in the future and Logan's mutant powers have diminished which is causing him lots of pain since his healing factor is not what it used to be. Logan drowns himself in booze to give him some comfort from the pain. He is also reportedly mentoring and/or protecting a young mutant girl, who could be the Wolverine clone from the comics Laura Kinney, a.k.a. X-23, although this has yet to be confirmed.
LOGAN is looking to be an R-rated movie which will release on March 3, 2017 and it will be actor Hugh Jackman's last turn as Wolverine on the big screen.
