The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed actor Peter Dinklage (GAME OF THRONES, X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST) is in early talks for a significant role in both AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR and AVENGERS 4. This report was originally an exclusive over at Variety.
No details, or hints, were provided as to what that role might be except he will play a part in both of the next two Avengers movies.
Heroes from all across the Marvel Cinematic Universe will do battle against Thanos (Josh Brolin) in Infinity War, which is said to have a big focus on the villain who has only been teased in THE AVENGERS, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY and seen in the post-credits after AVENGER: AGE OF ULTRON.
AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR releases on May 4, 2018 and AVENGERS 4 releases on May 3, 2019.
