Maybe GAMBIT Starts Filming in 2018 ... Maybe

Fox's hopeful GAMBIT solo X-Men movie is their current Marvel movie that is stuck in development purgatory are losing two directors and having alleged budget issues. (Read: Too much money to make it based on it's script.)

Yet there is hope at Fox that the Channing Tatum-led mutant movie will get made soon. In fact, producer Simon Kinberg told CinemaBlend he thinks it could start filming in 2018.

"In terms of Gambit, that's a movie that we're still developing very actively, and Channing [Tatum] is incredibly committed to it. We plan to probably shoot that at the beginning of next year."

Maybe this actually happens. Maybe not. We shall wait and see.
