At the end of THOR: THE DARK WORLD, Loki has disguised himself as Odin and he is seated on the Asgard Throne. THOR: RAGNAROK will answer the question of what happened to Odin is as well as how Thor and Loki are once again reunited.
Hela, played by Cate Blanchett, is a major threat to the Nine Realms (and beyond) and in an interview with ComicBook, actor Tom Hiddleston did some teasing about the role Hela plays in the half brothers working together again.
“At the beginning of Ragnarok, Thor has a lot of questions, and Loki - true to form - is not that forthcoming with many answers. But hammers are involved and the stakes are raised.
“Cate Blanchett is playing the goddess of death who brings destruction in her wake. It’s the kind of destruction that both Thor and Loki have never seen, on a scale of terror they’ve never ever seen before. So, they fall back on their brotherhood fractured though it is to see what they can do to stop her."
THOR: RAGNAROK releases in the U.S. on November 3.
