Editorial: Did you notice on Batman's character poster for JUSTICE LEAGUE his Batman chest logo is silver and not black? If not, take a look at it above.
Looks weird doesn't it? Looks a bit off, too?
I certainly think so and I'm usually all for slight changes to superhero costumes but this one does not look right to me at all. He's the Dark Knight and hides in the shadows. So unless he uses his cape to cover a bright silver chest logo, it seems like he can't hide in the shadows with this suit.
Maybe I'm just being a little too nit-picky here, but I don't like it at all. It should be black and if this is director Zack Snyder's attempt at lightening Batman a bit after he was so dark in BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE, then that's fucking stupid. Superman needs to be lighter, not Batman.
This is the first time we have seen a silver chest logo because this same Batsuit has had a black emblem in past images shared for the ensemble movie. See for yourself...
And it's definitely not his Tactical suit either.
I can't even say it is bad lighting because that is a silver Batman logo without a doubt. *Sigh* Plus, it's in the latest movie poster below.
*Sigh again* |
Let's not do this all over again, please. It's a bad look.
JUSTICE LEAGUE releases in the U.S. on November 17.
