First off, this was not a true teaser for DEADPOOL 2 and we are just calling it this because its the easiest way to classify it. It's really more of a short. [Happy Kyle?! Hehe.]
Anyway, there were a few Easter Eggs you might have missed in the teaser and we are here to bring these to your attention. Obviously, there is the theater marquee for LOGAN in the background as well as a movie poster; along with the Stan Lee appearance.
But you might have missed these two Easter Eggs. The first is more obvious than the other and the phrase, "Nathan Summers cumming soon" [sic] is on the outside of the phone booth. This is a clear nod to Cable, whose real name is Nathan Summers.
A second Easter Egg is a little harder to catch because you need to look into the phone booth right before Wade Wilson closes its door. Timed correctly you can see "Hope" written inside.
This could be a reference to a comic book storyline where Cable rescues and protects a baby named Hope Summers. However, whether this is just a fun Easter Egg or an actual reference tease to a possible plot point in DEADPOOL 2 remains to be seen. This will most definitely jump-start the speculation.
DEADPOOL 2 is currently in development and will begin filming later this year for a 2018 release.
