The main cast of AQUAMAN continues to grow as The Hollywood Reporter has word that actor Dolph Lundgren has now joined as King Nereus, the leader of of the underwater kingdom Xebel. Lundgren's character reportedly wants to claim Mera (Amber Heard) as his own and he also wants to kill Jason Momoa's Arthur Curry.
AQUAMAN is currently in pre-production and will start filming in Australia next month.
Lundgren joins Momoa, Heard, Nicole Kidman as Aquaman's mother, Temuera Morrison as Aquaman's father, Patrick Wilson as Aquaman's half-brother Orm, Willem Dafoe as Dr. Vulko and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta.
AQUAMAN releases on December 21, 2018.
