SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING is set to rollout in U.S. theaters on July 7. Yet there are some Spidey fans who are on the fence about the sixth Spider-Man movie released since 2002. This is a more-than-acceptable way to approach SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING after the disaster that was Sony's attempt to reboot the franchise with both THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN movies.
However, some critics have seen an early screening of the film and last night their social media embargo lifted allowing them to share thoughts about the movie on Twitter. Here's some quick reactions for the Sony and Marvel Studios co-produced Spider-Man movie that are overwhelmingly positive and sure to get you off the fence and excited for this movie.
And this Peter just loves being Spider-Man more than anything. Pure joy. His catchphrase should be "With great power comes great FUN."— Mike Ryan (@mikeryan) June 24, 2017
#SpiderManHomecoming gets it right. It's gets it ALL right. It is the greatest, funniest, most exciting Spidey movie. A total home run.— Sean O'Connell (@Sean_OConnell) June 24, 2017

Yet, not everyone was 100-percent sold on the movie.
That's not a bad thing, but it doesn't carry nearly as much weight as the first two Sam Raimi films. So #SpiderManHomecoming feels fluffier.— William Bibbiani (@WilliamBibbiani) June 24, 2017
Our early press screening is coming this Wednesday June 28, so we will have a spoiler-free review available online as soon as our review embargo is lifted by Sony and Marvel Studios.
