San Diego, Cali. -- CAPTAIN MARVEL is currently in development and preparing to enter pre-production to begin filming in early 2018. Marvel Studios provided the first look at concept art for the movie at San Diego Comic-Con.

Other than this concept art, not much is known about the movie except that actress Brie Larson is playing the title role as Carol Danvers, the movie will be set in the 90s before the events of IRON MAN, Nick Fury will be in it with both of his eyes and the alien race the Skrulls will be the film's villains.
CAPTAIN MARVEL releases in the U.S. on March 8, 2019.
